Juan is a street-smart, 17 year-old Honduran in the Mission District of San Francisco.When he is given an assignment to write about where he comes from, Juan is reminded of a deep pain in his life: his fatherless childhood. With only a faint memory to guide him, Juan uses the assignment to search for his father. But as he continues to push for the truth, it leads him down a path he never expected.
